This aioli recipe is creates a perfect combo for your sandwiches!

Ingredients:
2 medium sized potatoes boiled
1/2 tsp white vinegar
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 tsp salt
3 minced garlic cloves
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions:
Place the boiled potatoes ,vinegar, yogurt , salt, and garlic in a bowl and blend until combined.(you can use a blender or an immersion blender)
After they are combined add the oil gradually while mixing .(if you put the oil all at once it will separate ).
