Garlic Aioli

This aioli recipe is creates a perfect combo for your sandwiches!

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium sized potatoes boiled

  • 1/2 tsp white vinegar

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 3 minced garlic cloves

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Place the boiled potatoes ,vinegar, yogurt , salt, and garlic in a bowl and blend until combined.(you can use a blender or an immersion blender)

  2. After they are combined add the oil gradually while mixing .(if you put the oil all at once it will separate ).

  3. Bon Appétit!

  4. Note: Store in the refrigerator .
