Homemade Healthy Yogurt Cups


These yogurt cups are such delicious treats yet have an astounding nutritional value.

Ingredients:

  • 350g plain low fat yogurt

  • sugar free/fat free jello

  • 2 tsp low fat condensed milk

  • Toppings of choice( granola ,chia seeds ,dried currants ,honey, etc.)

Directions:

  1. Follow the instructions on the jello sachet and place the mixture aside to cool(let the mixture cool until it reaches room temperature don’t allow it to set firmly)

  2. In a separate bowl ,whisk the yogurt and condensed milk together.

  3. Then add the jello mixture and keep 1/4 of the mixture to top your yogurt.

  4. Pour your mixture into containers of choice and pour extra jello on top.

  5. Allow to cool for 2 hours before serving.

  6. Top it off with any toppings of choice ex: granola,chia seeds,dried currants,honey,etc.

  7. Bon Appétit!
